Mickelson was the inaugural winner of the West Coast Swing in 1998 and is also the defending champion, having won in 2004. His 100 points ties him with Stuart Appleby and Justin Leonard for fifth.
Woods has collected 155 points, while Ernie Els is second with 145. Vijay Singh and Charles Howell III are in third and fourth, respectively.
Scoring in the West Coast Swing presented by Allianz is based on top-10 performances at tournaments, from 100 points for a victory to 10 for 10th place. The West Coast Swing will conclude the last week of February at the World Golf Championships-Accenture Match Play Championship and the Chrysler Classic of Tucson, tournaments that are played concurrently in California and Arizona.
The winner receives $500,000, the runner-up earns $300,000 and the third-place finisher gets $200,000.
