It would be a bit of an understatement to say that Koreans are enjoying success on the LPGA Tour. This year 21 South Korean players are on tour, versus only three players with Korean roots a little more than five years ago. Three of the past six LPGA Rookies of the Year have been from South Korea: Se Ri Pak (1998), Mi Hyun Kim (1999) and Hee-Won Han (2001).
