캐나다 최대 개발회사 트라이델이 자신있게 선보이는 신개념 주상복합단지 ‘The Well’
캐나다 최대 개발회사 트라이델(TRIDEL)이 토론토 다운타운에 새로운 개념의 주상복합 단지 ‘The Well’을 선보인다. 명품 콘도와 오피스 빌딩, 각종 상업시설이 함께 들어서는 대규모 단지로, 국내 최대의 상업용 부동산 투자회사인 Rio Can과 오피스 환경 개발의 선두주자 Allied, 그리고 임대를 맡을 Woodbourne등이 함께한다.

조준상 로열르페이지 뉴컨셉 한인부동산 대표가 트라이델과 첫 인연을 맺은 것은 23년 전인 1996년이었다. 한인사회에서는 처음으로 트라이델이 건축한 Essex 콘도, Trillium콘도의 분양을 맡아 진행했다.

‘The Well’의 콘도 오픈하우스
로열르페이지 뉴컨셉 한인부동산은 오는 17일(월) 낮 12시부터 트라이델 프리젠테이션 센터(4800 Dufferin St.)에서 ‘The Well’의 콘도분양 오픈하우스를 개최한다.
