미래의 청사진만으로 투자 결정을 해야 하는 분양콘도. 때문에 빌더의 평판과 신뢰도는 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다. 토론토를 대표하는 건설사 ‘플라자(Plazacorp)’가 지난해 소비자들로부터 ‘최고의 빌더’라는 값진 호칭을 받았다. 플라자의 스코트 맥레런(Scott McLellan) 부사장과 로열르페이지 뉴컨셉 한인부동산의 조준상 대표가 지난 30일(목) 비쥬콘도 세일즈센터(2452 Bloor St. W.)에서 만나 고객만족경영의 노하우를 함께 나눴다.

꿈꿔온 생활 그대로, 비쥬(Bijou)
 

현재 분양 중인 콘도 가운데 주목할 만한 프로젝트로는 블루어 웨스트에 들어서는 비쥬(2452 Bloor St. W.)를 꼽을 수 있다.

비쥬콘도 동쪽에는 토론토를 대표하는 공원인 하이파크가 자리하고 있고, 서쪽으로는 험버강이 흐른다. 주변에 크고 작은 레스토랑과 아기자기한 부티크 상가들이 즐비하고 전철역(제인역)까지 도보로1분 거리인 초역세권 콘도다. 공원과 편의시설, 교통 등 생활환경이 두루 우수하지만, 그 동안 콘도가 드물어 아쉬웠던 지역이다. 12층 192유닛 규모로 건설되며, 입주는 2022년 예정이다. 현재 콘도부지에 문을 연 세일즈센터에서 분양이 진행되고 있다.

플라자 측은 “향후 진행 예정인 프로젝트 가운데 영 앤 핀치 인근(5888 Yonge St.)에 들어설 콘도 역시 한인 커뮤니티의 특별한 관심을 받을 것으로 예상된다”고 밝혔다.  

플라자와 뉴컨셉의 인연은 어느덧 20년을 넘겼다. 양사는 그 동안 ‘고객만족’을 공동의 목표로 수많은 프로젝트를 함께 진행해왔고, 앞으로 더 많은 협력과 시너지를 기대하고 있다.

 Contrary to most re-sale purchases,  buying a Pre-Construction condo largely depends on the reputation and credibility of the builder.
