토론토한인회가 오는 25일 오전 11시부터 임시 총회를 개최한다. 안건은 아래와 같다.
1. 새 정관의 승인의 건 | Approval of the New By-Law
2. 최소와 최대 이사 수(25-60)의 승인의 건 | Approval of Minimum and Maximum Number of Directors (25-60)
3. 최소와 최대 이사의 수내에서 매년 이사수의 결정에 대해 이사회에위임의 건 | Request to delegate to the Board of Directors the decision on the
number of directors each year within the minimum and maximum number of directors.
4. 새정관에 따른 한인회 설립 서류 개정 절차 승인의 건 | Approval of the Articles of Amendment procedures for the new By-Law
5. 2024 년 정기총회 회의록에 담긴 번역 오류의 정정에 관한 승인의 건 | Approval for the correction of a translation error contained in the Minutes of
the 2024 AGM
