Job description

Job Description | Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding and dispatching incoming customer calls
  • Diagnose end user problems using systematic listening and probing approach by supporting a specified line of products using defined problem solving methodology
  • Researches problem/case history using computerized system for relevant repair or product information
  • Validates existing product warranty dates and status with callers
  • Logs call records and assigns call types
  • Escalates calls to support group via warm transfer for problem resolution in matters of greater complexity
  • Is required to remain current on new developments and changes through ongoing circular, e-mail, manual review; attends training updates as required by industry certifications or company/ client requirement
  • Communicate with resellers via email and fax to issue return authorizations, ensure receipt of returned goods, and maintain organized records of all transactions including issuing Customer Return Authorization Numbers
  • Issue a Credit Memo based on issued RA or SR (Service Request) number
  • Issue a Credit Memo related to Rebate Programs of customers
  • Conducts limited suggestive selling of client service and support products
  • Create monthly product/service reports via excel spreadsheets with basic formulae
  • Exercise judgment in using guidelines established in policies and procedures to make decisions on service issues, such as replacement orders, servicing requests and authorizing return

Required Skills and Qualification

  • Excel & Outlook skills
  • Bilingual language, English & French, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication is asset

Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30·pm,·8 hour excluding 1 hour lunch
