리치몬드힐에 위치하고 있는 일본 식품 무역 회사 입니다. 토론토에 본사가 있으며, 몬트리올에 지사도 있는 중소기업입니다.

현재 저희가 찾고자 하는 포지션은 세일즈팀 어시스턴트 입니다.

시간은 9시부터 5시까지이며, 월요일부터 금요일까지 근무합니다. 3개월 probation 기간 있으며, 6개월 후 보험 적용 가능합니다. 

한국어와 영어 가능하셔야 하고, 일본어는 할 수 있으면 좋지만, 필수조건은 아닙니다.

캐나다에서 합법적으로 일할 수 있는 분들만 가능합니다. 죄송하지만 워홀이나 파트타임은 안됩니다.

• Roles and Responsibilities 
  • Order Entry for Sales Team in company system and issuing invoices
  • Assisting in receiving incoming phone calls and re-directing to appropriate dept. or person
  • Assist Sales person in both English and Korean
  • Knowledge of Japanese language will be advantageous - speaking and listening 
  • Update Product List - both online and offline 
  • Customer service – online and in person
  • Marketing support
  • General office duties
  • Invoice filing/checking
  • Email inquiry from Private Customer
  • Monthly sales sheet
