Job Description

Total Express is a mid-sized forwarding company providing global supply chain solutions to international and local businesses. We are currently seeking an experienced accounting personnel to join its accounting department on a full-time, permanent basis.

PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Administer Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties

Prepare financial and accounting reports and statements

Prepare cash flow projections upon management's request

Analyze financial data to assist management decision

Perform other duties as required by management

SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

University degree or college diploma in accounting/bookkeeping

2+ years of work experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficient in MS Office

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
