About us

Originally founded in South Korea by Mr. Don H. Lee in 1996, as Euro Architects and Engineers Co, Lee Design & Build Inc. (LDBI) is the newly formed Canadian company located in the GTA. This is his first step as an independent registered architect (OAA) in North America, after working as a registered architect back in Seoul, Korea, for many years. 

Mr. Lee has been working on his own architectural and environmental philosophy for over 25 years. He worked as a senior architectural technologist for around 12 years at Parkin Architects Limited and Farrow Partnership Architects until he founded his own company. He is very knowledgeable, diligent, sophisticated, and above all, enthusiastic in the field of architecture. His work has always been about designing a human spatial environment that incorporates an emotional creativity, all while staying logical and practical with fundamental architectural theories. He is fond of working both in the office and on-site, and is a problem-solver no matter who he is working with. 

With experiences in various projects, LDBI can work with all types of buildings and properties, taking on tasks from interior designs, renovations, alterations, building additions and new buildings.
